Sometimes Mother Nature doesn't cooperate

 and we are forced to make inclement weather decisions. 

**If inclement weather is in the forecast or its actually upon us, here are your options.

• Should I cancel ?

We ask that you call the office at least two hours before the start time of your party. 

If you decide to cancel,  no further charges are due.

If you decide to give it a chance and we deliver,

you will be required to pay the FULL amount of your contract price upon delivery.

• What if you deliver and half way through the party it rains?

Again, if you decide to cancel before we deliver,  no further charges are due.

If you decide to give it a chance and the product is delivered,

you will be required to pay the FULL amount of your contract price upon delivery.

• If I cancel, what happens to my deposit?

We require a $25 dollar deposit on most contracts, If your party is cancelled due to inclement weather there will be no penalty,

 however your deposit will NOT be refunded. Your $25 deposit will remain in your account for you to use at a later date.

**Fun Time Rentals reserves the right to cancel any event due to inclement weather if we feel our equipment would be in harms way.
